What makes SAAS different from other machine learning/data science organizations?

SAAS combines technical development, client projects, professional development, and a close community across six different committees.

Does SAAS have a General Membership program?

No. Members join one of our committees and contribute directly to its work and community.

Do I need experience to join?

No. Data Foundations is designed for students with no prior experience, while other committees serve progressively more experienced applicants.

What is the time commitment?

Commitments vary by committee; see the committee descriptions document for detailed expectations.

What’s the difference between Data Consulting and Data Mentorship?

Data Mentorship provides close guidance through a client project; Data Consulting is intended for applicants with significant prior AI/ML experience.
